Free to Set Up

There is no charge to set up or hold a RenewalsDesk account: no monthly fees and no retainer fee.

Full Fee Transparency

There are no hidden fees. We tell you upfront what the official fee is in the local currency that it is paid in. We charge a flat service charge plus our actual costs, such as local agent fees where a local agent is required. A very low currency mark-up of 5% is applied to currency conversions to cover our costs. Other providers have been found to mark up their currency transactions using eye-watering conversion factors. Ask your current provider what their currency conversion rate is. Legal action against one major renewals provider has revealed that they refused to share this information with their client. We are not embarrassed about our conversion rate, so we tell you what it is from the beginning.

Real time international exchange rates are used to quote the estimated total fee. As the international payment is made as close to the time of your payment as possible, there is no need for RenewalsDesk to build in a large buffer against foreign exchange market movements, and our estimates are generally fixed unless their is a sudden large fluctuation in specific exchange rates. RenewalsDesk does not build a profit margin into foreign currency transfers: they are quoted at the expected cost to RenewalsDesk.

There are no additional transaction fees and no unexpected or unexplained extras.
